Hi, I’m Sarah AMon, LMFT

I have a passion for serving couples, adults, teens and families. I offer clarity towards healthier interactions for couples. For parents navigating childhood with their kiddos, I support connection and closeness so that you can be heard. As well as room for individuals to process and reflect on their journey towards growth and healing.

With a world that is in such a rush in all facets, it seems, it is important to actually feel like someone is taking their time to genuinely listen and help. You’re not alone. Journey to the couch and let’s talk.

off the clock…

I enjoy planting, roller skating, reading, dancing bachata, and Mahjong

SaraH’s journey

Sarah received her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2019, from Thomas Jefferson University, which is located in Philadelphia, PA. Sarah worked as a mobile therapist throughout the pandemic, traveling to clients' homes to provide intensive therapeutic support. The work was intensive in nature, involving a two-person team model that allowed for meetings with families multiple times a week for as long as needed during each visit. This foundation has helped Sarah to become highly effective in mapping interaction cycles, identifying opportunities for growth, and recognizing existing strengths within individuals and family systems. In session, Sarah pulls from Experiential Structural Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modalities. Sarah is currently licensed in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
